Release Notes

Mappify v0.2.5 is now alive!

Aaron

Hi everyone,

I’m thrilled to announce that Mappify has undergone another iteration update, which went live last week. Here are some of the key updates in this version:

Canvas Display and Interaction Enhancements

  1. Nodes on the canvas are now arranged in a “top-to-bottom, left-to-right” order.
  2. You can now move the canvas using either the mouse wheel or a two-finger swipe on the trackpad:
    • Use a two-finger swipe on the trackpad to move the canvas in any direction.
    • The mouse wheel moves the canvas up and down by default; hold the Shift key to move it horizontally.
  3. We’ve updated the icons for card and dialog history.
  4. When you create a new node, it will now default to card display mode, showing the first response generated by the AI model.

Additional Keyboard Shortcuts

  1. ctrl/command + s: Quick save.
  2. ctrl/command + shift + l: Automatically arrange all nodes on the canvas.
  3. ctrl/command + shift + f: Zoom the canvas to fit all nodes within view.
  4. tab: Switch to the next node.
  5. shift + tab: Switch to the previous node.
  6. shift + drag with the mouse: Select multiple nodes at once.

Node Dialogue Context History

To balance “memory” and “token consumption,” we now support limited context history within the same node. The AI will consider the most recent question along with a few preceding messages when responding.
