After weeks coding and testing, the web search ability in the node chat is finally alive now with the v0.2.6 of Mappify. Let’s see what comes with this brand new feature.
We know that not all the chat with AI needs to search for the information on the web. Therefore, we offer you a button to control whether to turn on the search or not. This is more efficient than letting the AI decide the function calling (Althought we do put this ability in the backend).
Before sending your message to AI models, click this toggle button and the answer will be generated based on web search results of your question.
We braught some hotkeys for map interaction in the last release version(v0.2.5). But lately it turns out that some keys are with browser default keys. So, we have to rearrange them and add a panel for them.
